The staff at Mision were extremely helpful and accommodating. They promptly resolved any issues that arose during my stay. The swimming pool was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The breakfast staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Despite the limited restaurants in the area, the hotel made up for it with their exceptional service and facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and enjoyable stay.

We were pleased with our choice, it's a nice place to stay here. The room had a bathtub, and we made a reservation at La Terraza, their on-site restaurant.

The Bell's attention today is very good
hotel is already old, it has a good area and an old one, they never told us that the other side was new, on this side the rooms are already old, finishes should be changed, sink was covered, only switch was at the entrance and switches on the bed were not working, you turn off the light of the only one that served, it cut the light in the contacts on one side of the bed, I had to disconnect a lamp to connect my cell phone. If you arrive at dawn there is no more valet parking and you have to go and put your car away, places are super reduced and I don't know what would have happened if I had gone there drunk. It wasn't like that, no one else is guarding your car. aromatizer they put in the bathrooms at the entrance smells horrible and when you enter the hotel it smells like a hotel on the way. I wouldn't stay once more, not even if they gave it to me. I went to leave some keys on the new side, I got off on the first floor and walked to the end of the corridor and not a single light came on, I had to light up with my cell phone.

Location was convenient and nearby the main avenue and shops. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to see the fireworks show on New Year's Eve. , they provided a complimentary glass of champagne to guests.
The room was subpar and not worth the cost. The wall paper was peeling off, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was outdated.

Room change and warm pool Upon arrival, we were directed to a different room due to a strange odor. Pool was very pleasing due to its warmth. A positive point was that the hotel was located in a quiet area but still had good access to nearby sites to explore.
Dirty Hallways and Poor Service the cleanliness of the hallway carpeting was questionable as well as the overall state of our hotel room. the check-in process was frustrating with unhelpful staff who seemed to not know what they were doing.
